Had a great experience at 180 Smoke Bloor & Ossington. Dhara was amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed. It’s rare to see that kind of customer service these days. Definitely my go-to location from now on.

Unfortunately this store just lost a customer today. I went by at roughly 330 today to pick up a couple vapes. They had a note and clock sign on the door saying they they are closed and will be back at 345. So I decided to wait. The time got to 4:10 and still nobody was back yet. So I decided to walk to the other vape store just west on bloor and they will be getting my business going forward.
Love this shop! I've been a regular at this location for a while, and I haven't been let down yet! Umang always has a smile on his face and provides top tier service!

These guys are always nice to me, great place, really love the experience. He even ordered products they didn't have I asked for and were there next time I cam to get juice. They are growing and care about there clients needs and me, always service with a smile too:) Love the personal touch:)
Visited this location today and found that they had a wide variety of different selections...I explained what my goal was and the gentlemen working recommended and very nice flavour with a low dose of nicotine to start. I gotta say I'm really enjoying this new flavour. Very pleasant experience. Thanks again!!
