Awful experience. I asked the 'owner' what would he recommend very specially what I was looking for, I seen one and asked him what it was like, he told me good. I purchased it and it tasted burnt and barely any taste from it, he basically said oh well no refund or exchange even though the product was extremely misleading. Very disappointing
DO NOT VISIT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. SUNDAY MAY 5TH,2024. Whoever is the employee on staff for this day apart from being ignorant of the products sold and clearly misleading customers, has a horrendous attitude when asked about discrepancies in the products being sold. Whoever this person is should not be working there. Clearly not customer or product oriented, sets a bad example for business model. I will not visit this location again. Best of luck, you've been warned. It's also good advice to check your purchases in store before leaving as this particular person is dishonest and will cost you unnecessary expenses. I would give a negative 10 but that's not possible.
Purchased 2 pipes from this store, one got clogged within a week after only smoking it a few times. The other broke the day I bought it. Very cheap quality pipes.
Friendly, and very knowledgeable. If you dont know what you need just ask they will help you choose something that suits your needs. Also a wide variety of name brands and choices of smoking methods such as rolling, bong,dabs, vape, e cig, e juice. Just about everything you need for smoking. Note, if you don't know how to clean or handle glass pipes or bongs go silicone, they have those as well. 100% safe so long as u know how to use it properly. All products are reliable. You pay for what you get.
I've been shopping at this store for over five years. It is small shops like these that keep me from online shopping because they offer the alternative: personalized service, enough variety, current products. You'll find things here you never knew existed. Everyone is very helpful but some staff are there to mind the store and some have the knowledge- either way. This is not a Vaping college-I think it's important that you go into a shop like this already having tried to educate yourself and then the friendly folks here can answer your questions.
