You didn't look and i didn't ask if you had anything sour? He then said they don't make anything sour! I said well I'm looking for more of these and I showed him and he took them and wouldn't return them. I then left. Even tho I was replacing a bottle their was still alot left in the bottle. Anyways I don't know what it is about middle eastern men but they don't treat Trans people good at all. I don't know how anyone can be mean, bully, assault anyone they don't know. Placed an order of 5 Zyns for pickup. After I placed the order I received both an email and phone call stating that the items in my order were actually out of stock but offered me a selection of in stock items. I went to the store and picked up my order and when I got home and unpacked the order I noticed that one of containers was open and empty. I called and told them about the situation. I was told to come in and it would be replaced. This phone call was abruptly ended as the employee stated that to me and then just immediately hung up the phone. The next day I went in to exchange the container and was then told that they now need to keep the container and that I would need to come in again the next day and then maybe get what I ordered. Will not return and would not recommend doing business here.

I get inconsistent or minimal information, like wrong volumes for products, what the store carries, or not mentioning the fact that some disposables are not rechargeable. I don't find the reps very helpful. When calling, they will end the call when something else is going on before they've finished helping me.
