The staff here is friendly and was able to help me but I literally had to hold my breath outside because there is a man who sits on the floor smoking out of a crack pipe and throwing his trash everywhere
Prices are higher here than at their Esplanade location, at least for the Flavour Beast / Level X pods, 25K puff. Specifically, Epic Cantaloupe Watermelon, iced. Otherwise, your typical, tiny, hole-in-the-wall vape shoppe of the variety popping up seemingly everywhere of late. Disposable pods galore. Smoking sucks. Vaping is less harmful. But these flavours are powerfully enticing, and not just to adults.
Absolutely recommend this branch. Sapana was extremely co-operative & patient. She helped us very professionally to find what we need. Will always buy our vapes from there. Thank you so much Sapana!

This store is my go-to vape store at downtown. It’s very close at Osgoode station that’s why it is convenient. They have wide range of products that you can select and purchase. Sapana, is always helping me to find the item that I wanted. She was also, very helpful and answered all my questions. She was also super kind and hospitable.
I contacted this company over 4 time and 4 different ways I emailed them and wrote a message on their site and to their instagram still no reponse ,one the vape isn’t working right out of the package which is not normal and the customer service is just non existent.
Ordered 6 Beast Mode vapes online, delivery arrived a day early which was great, but opened all 6 to test them and 1 of the vapes didn't work, then the next day another vape completely stopped working. Already sent an email about 1 of them, but have yet to even hear back about it. I do not recommend them regardless of selection, unless you can be there and try it to know if it works, you'll possibly waste your money.
