I have been coming to this vape store for over a year. Hands down the best customer service ever. Suzal if I am spelling his name correctly is amazing so helpful and very social and so attentive to what I like from flavours and always suggesting good deals and offers when they are available. He deserves the praise truly an outstanding person. Thank you for always giving the best customer service possible.
They dont do return so make sure you buy the good thing Even if you want to try something new. You can’t call them. My favorite vape is sold out since 2 weeks… Still wait for 4K Flippin fruit flash cause the new model of 18k have ice and i dont like it. Hope they do something with the vape i want to return. Lost 30$
Reply to the owner(nowadays anyone can be an owner): Owner accusing other store of selling illegal products with no proof? You know you can be sued for this right? (Their products are actually much better than yours). Anyway, The point was to avoid Clutch vape at all costs. I also know for a fact that underaged kids are buying products from your store. And its funny, how you didnt address malfunctioning products you are constantly selling. Only illegal scam here is your junk store. First of all, dont buy vapes here, theres other stores 5 mins away, which are much better and also cheaper. So, I bought few vapes from this place over the last few months and every single one of them stopped working in 1-2 weeks for no reason. Ofc, this place has only 24 hours return policy, so they just knowingly sell you malfunctioning devices, as you still wont be able to return them. I now have 3 vapes, with 40-50% of juice left in each, none working and they refuse any exchanges or refunds showing their own scam policy.
I had such a great experience here! The lady who helped me was super sweet and really patient. She answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s not often you get such friendly and genuine customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

DONT PURCHASE HERE! This place has been my go to vape shop until recently. The associate “poojah” is extremely unprofessional and kept going to the back office for “work” when multiple clients were in the store. There are several surrounding vape shops that will be polite and ensure great service. I enjoyed coming here until my experience with pooja. When I inquired for management she told me her manager was off and could not assist me with any inquiries. Please ensure she receives customer service training prior to accepting her role.
