I received excellent service from BlueVaportech. The staff were knowledgeable and supportive throughout my transition from smoking to vaping. Since making the switch, I’ve successfully quit cigarettes and noticed significant savings. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend BlueVaportech to others.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a vape store: I bought an overpriced and possibly counterfeit vape because the verification code did not work, it tasted rancid and did not hit and while one of the employees was extremely rude and gaslit me by getting upset and telling me my taste buds were the problem even before trying to determine the issue, another employee refused to own up to it or exchange it. Shop at your own risk because there's little to no buyer protection at this establishment, even for long-time customers.
Speaking as a vape shop owner, I like these guys. Excellent friendly service with knowledgeable staff. Prices on point. Good to know there are other vape shops doing it well! Keep it up team.
This vape shop is the best - they have every vape brand/flavour you can think of, at reasonable prices. The staff is awesome too, Nadel (or Natel? Not sure how to spell it) is the bet!
Not a very pleasant experience. Wanted a small disposal but still, the guy tried to push other products that I was not interested in. Also, the prices are higher than other stores nearby.
I'm not sure of the actual store but online service was and is currently a terrible experience for me. Ordered on Dec 18th still haven't received anything and it's now January 17th. Emailed and called with no actual help being done to resolve my order. Finally, I asked for a refund they said "Sure, no problem". A week later now and still haven't received my refund or any explanation as to why my order wasn't sent out or why there was a delay. One of the worst online stores I've ever dealt with unfortunately. Thought the customer service would be high as Google reviews are good but I guess you can't believe everything or these reviews are all fake. GIVE ME MY REFUND!
