I am loyal customer and regularly buy vapes here. This time they sold me a faulty vape that stopped working at the 30% liquid, after some back and force they gave me 20% discount for my next vape, so situation was cleared.
I stopped by the vape shop on Lisgar Road and was seriously impressed. First off, their late hours are a game-changer open until 2 a.m. most nights, which is perfect if you’re out late or working odd hours. The selection is solid, with everything from Allo and Flavour Beast e-liquids to Smok and VooPoo coils. I picked up a Mango Ice Allo and it was smooth, flavorful, and priced fairly. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They helped me find exactly what I needed and even gave tips on coil care I hadn’t considered. The shop itself is clean, well-stocked, and has a relaxed vibe. Some might find certain disposables on the pricier side (around $50 after tax), but honestly, the convenience and quality of service made it worth it for me. If you’re in the area and need vape gear especially late at night this place is a hidden gem.
I wouldn’t recommend going to this store. The customer service was disappointing. The lady helping me was polite, but she clearly didn’t know what she was doing and had to call someone else for help. In the end, I got tricked into buying something I didn’t need and basically got stiffed for my money. It’s obvious that this business doesn’t care about its customers or the quality of their service — they just seem focused on making money. After working a long shift, the last thing I needed was to have my time wasted and to leave feeling frustrated. If you just want to buy a vape without hassle, this isn’t the place. Avoid it unless you’re prepared to be talked down to and misled about what they’re selling.

Be careful, they sell expired vapes. And funny part is that they call you unlucky if your vape is not working properly, Lol. There’s no replacement or refund. It’s a big waste of time and money. Stay safe guys!
Had to change my review because I got terrible service. After being a regular customer for the last year I went in today to purchase a vape. The vape was defective out the box (button was stuck, unit wouldn’t power on). The person at the cash said I should wait 10 minutes while she charged it. I told her that I had to get to work and didn’t have time to wait. I asked if she could just exchange it for another one so I could be on my way, but she denied me and stated it was store policy - she said the only thing I could do was charge the vape on my own time and come back later to exchange it…I tried charging and it still doesn’t work. I don’t understand why a clearly defective vape has to be brought back after a day to be allowed an exchange…you let a loyal customer leave the store with a non functioning product after you took their money, doesn’t make much sense to me. Now I will have to waste my time and money to come back in hopes that I get a working vape. I just want my money back.
