Captain Vape has some of the rudest and most aggressive staff I’ve ever dealt with. The behavior was intimidating and completely unacceptable. On top of that, their service feels very sketchy these days and lacks any professionalism or customer care. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and this is not how customers should be treated especially in a retail environment. I will never be going back, and I seriously hope no one else gets scammed or has to deal with this kind of experience. Avoid this place.

Excellent customer service! The reward program is nice, and they have a diverse selection of yummy vapes to choose from. Being close to the Eaton Centre is a bonus, too!
I called prior to coming and there was a miscommunication in what I asked for. They rectified in the best way, making this a 10/10 experience! I appreciate the great customer service!
