Friendly & Helpful Review: I had a great experience at this vape shop! The staff were super friendly and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed.
I haven't been to this store in about a year and a half now, and I was so happy to still be greeted and catered the same way I was when I was a regular customer always in the area. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly which helps customers like me who tend to forget things and ask a bunch of questions. I would recommend coming to this store, close to the harbor, close to the major Toronto venue events!! What's not to love about the convenience of this store, I definitely will be coming back as regular!
This is such an amazing establishment. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff! They were super helpful and patient with my questions and needs. I’d highly recommend checking them out!
Was coming here regularly all last summer because the staff was absolutely top tier. Looks like they were all fired or left. I called ahead about a part replacement to see if they had it. Said they did, but they didnt- he didn't pay attention on the phone so I had to walk for 20 minutes on a busted knee for nothing. Then called me back into the store to tell me he had it... only to try to upsell me on an entire new tank! Bonkers! He told me he's the manager, and the good staff are now gone. Well, you sell nothing I can't get from canadian suppliers online. I only spent money there for the convenience and kindness. I will not be returning. Edit: rather than trying to solve the issue, clearly the manager is getting friends to post fake reviews trying to debunk me! Classic incompetence.
Great selection of vapes and juices at a reasonable price! EDIT: Taking a couple stars off since sometimes the store will close at lunchtime for indefinite periods of time. Don't wanna waste my lunchbreak waiting.
I run into this shop on a regular basis. Trevor, Jay and Emma have always been absolutely amazing and extremely helpful/professional. They all need a raise.
Staff are great, never anything in stock though. Why no reserve online and pick up in store. Would save so many wasted trips to the store where I come back frustrated and with no vape supplies.
