The store itself was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great variety of products. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were—they made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for all my future vape needs and will recommend 180 Smoke to anyone in the area.
I came in originally for freebase juice and coils. John explained everything to me in detail, helping me to make an informed descion on which juice i should try. When i got home and tried to instal the new coil, I realized that although the brand of the coil is correct the modle of the coil was not and so the coil did not fit onto my tank. I called back immedietly and spoke to John about my problem. He told me not to worry and if i could come back to the shop he will happily provide to me the correct coils. After coming back to the shop. John inspected my tank and the old coil used before and by luck he had the correct coils to provide me. I installed the coils right there and then and the problem was solved. To even sweeten the deal and to show his applogies for the inconvience it caused me, he also gave me a free bottle of juice. Super happy with John's service, will definitly be coming back in the near future all because of how John treated me. Thank you
180 Smoke in the Beaches has the best products and prices in Toronto. I’ve tried many of the disposables, ( big brands with great taste), settling on a mod and pod system that works for me. The mod is extremely durable- as in I’ve dropped it into water numerous times and it still works perfectly! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. They take their time to explain the different flavours, offering accurate descriptions and the suggestions they make are always spot on. I love the rewards systems because points the quickly add up for even more savings. It’s easy to schedule when I want to go because they are open early to late. Going to 180 is an unparalleled experience! Thank you guys for the great selection and service!

Very hit or miss service. No rhyme or reason. Sometimes they're in a good mood, sometimes not.. Which is why I typically buy online or at the Vape Pub..
Customer service was great! Knowledgable and super nice. The staff didn't have a coil in stock so they gave me spare one from the one on display because they knew the struggle of being without. Super appreciated. Highly recommend.
If you cant staff enough people to remain open during working hours you guys should close locations done, i am now waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come back for break this is unacceptable and you are loosing alot of money dur to this
