San was very helpful. My colombian friend wanted to get his set but he spoke little english but she went out of her to try to get to what he wanted. she was very friendly.
All flavoures are much better than all other stores in toronto . And owner of this store is very friendly and helpful . I like to invite everyone to visit once and check out their all flavours vapes .
I had been to this store at least half a dozen times since it opened. Brought friends by when they came into town as it was close to where I lived. No real issues. Friendly enough. One time I was told I was getting a 5% nicotine vape when I was asked if there was something stronger than 2%. I was given a vape that said 2 on the packaging but the guy said it was 5 and the packaging just had to say that due to Canadian regulations. It definitely was not a 5, it was crap but that’s okay. The reason this gets a 1 star is because me and my girlfriend went in after our last vape got to 0%. Browsed a while to pick a flavour, got one and headed off to see the sunset by the lake. We open it up, first puff the vape says 90% liquid. Thought that was weird so I was just curious to ask the vape store why that might be, not expecting anything. The employee told me sometimes they’re faulty and if he opened in the store he could have replaced it immediately. I didn’t know that’s why they ask to open in the store. So I mentioned we were here 10 minutes ago and bought it from you, it’s obviously the one we just bought can it be replaced? He looked at it and said no because it’s not the same vape we bought. Yes, yes it was the same vape we bought. He said “no this is a different one”. So he called us liars and said we brought the exact same vape back but a different one that was at 90% to try and get a new one at 100%. It was so ridiculous and insulting so we just left. If he just said “so next time just let me open it and I can replace it but with company policy as soon as it’s out of the store if you open it I can’t” that’s all good. But when he took the vape and looked at it and accused us of bringing in a different vape and saying it wasn’t the one we bought, that insult is the worst customer service.
