Me and my sisters went to Power Vape and bought three disposable vapes. When we got home and tried them, none of them had any flavor at all — just a burnt, chemical taste that was harsh on the throat. We made the mistake of not testing them in-store, but that still doesn’t excuse what happened next. We went back to the store expecting either a refund or a proper exchange. Instead, the owner refused to refund us. He told us to pick three “toks” and then had the nerve to ask us to pay extra on top of what we already spent — even though the products we bought were clearly defective! This is terrible customer service and clearly shows a lack of responsibility for the quality of their products. We won’t be returning, and we don’t recommend this store to anyone.He also told us never come back again. ? Avoid Power Vape and shop somewhere that actually values their customers!

Heard of POPCORN LUNG? You can thank places like this. So this place is not a vape store. This is a bodega. "Say it with me now...BO-DEGA" (for any half baked fans) In this case the illegal stuff being sold here is knock off devices and liquid. Can you say popcorn lung? That's the danger you face vaping knock off liquid be careful this is no joke and can be life threatening. Both Juul and Stlth you can check the serial numbers on their respective websites. Knock off devices are one thing and bad enough but knock off liquid means cheap and irresponsibly made liquid you are vaping into your body. The result: popcorn lung. Look it up if you haven't heard of it, there was a lot of it a few years ago as a result of bad actors in the vape space and people not being informed.
There is a young girl working here. I kindly ask you to show this person the store’s assortment. I’ve come to the store several times for “Velo,” and it’s only during this girl’s shift that it’s not available. I don’t like it. Other than that, everything is fine; the other salespeople are good.
This Place is sooo great! i was here yesterday and 'UB' at the store was really helpful. I am new to vaping and everything is new to me but he was very patient and explained all things very clearly. The products they carry are top quality, I got the Geek Bar Pulse and honestly it is the best vape I have tried so far, if you are ever in the area, definitely give them a visit ,10/10 experience
Used to be an amazing place earlier but not anymore, all the vapes I am purchasing since past 30 days are all very low quality. I take 10k puffs which used to go for a month, and surprisingly it is getting over in 2-3 days, I raised complaint thrice at store for 2 of my vapes, they were not so helpful. I wish they improve or maybe change their whole-seller.
This is the best place I ever had for vape shops. I mean the guy who was there was very nice to us and explain everything in a very proper manner and the thing is they have a variety of vapes so you should guys check out over there.
