I was a loyal customer here. In my last 10 visit i spend more than 700$. Because the guy with long hairs providing very good service. He knew everything about the vape, flavours and his recommendations were also awesome. But last night i visited there was a new guy. He doesn’t listen. Just keep speaking of his own. He doesn’t understand what we want to buy. Totally crap service. Better evict this guy and bring back previous guy or someone new with good sales skills. This store has too much in stock like almost every flavour and vapes in the town. But without good customer service. Your store is totally zero
Had over 300 dollars purchase in store but they didn't let me change my unfit coil. 15 dollars probably too much for this store. Thanks. Not recommended.
Been in here occasionally and every time the orange haired guy is there its a BREEZE. Theres a lot of selection but he’s able to break everything down really easily and quickly. It makes finding a new vape in their large collection way less complicated than it needs to be. Get that dude a raise!
2 days ago I bought a mango liquid from the naked brand, it tastes horrible before I had tried it and it doesn't taste like that, which makes me think that its liquids are fake.
I bought disposable vape in this store and the machine is terrible and i can't smoke, i called seller and she suggest me to trash it in the garbage.such a no responsibility.
