Popped in yesterday to this cute little clean dispensary. I was helped by the wonderful and knowledgeable Mushu and will be back next time I'm in town. Great customer service, friendly and informed. Sure have no trouble recommending Puffs Haven.
Over my regular visits home, this has become my go-to downtown dispensary. The place has a simple set-up and is never busy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Selection here is great and prices are good too.

Staff complain and didn’t like helping at all. Online sales are showing out of stock and they have the item in store at higher prices. Not worth the buzzkill to deal with rude staff and shady business

Nice store!! My issue is with the product I bought. My partner bought a distillate disposable last night, barely used it, and now it tastes awful / like it’s out of juice already.
Lsst week, my best friend and I decided to have a fun day in the downtown and here is where we stopped first. Puffs Haven has the best and most friendly salesperson, J, who gave best and honest answers and helped me pick out an amazing edible. They are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Cool store and will return buy more because of him. Great Dispensery all around.
