The thing about vape shops is that most offer similar products, the main difference is customer service. Unfortunately, the service here, especially from the manager, really lets it down. I wouldn’t recommend going. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because of the late hours.
In contrast to the other vape stores I have been to, the Vape Royale shop on the Queen Street is nice, organized, compact and easy to navigate. You can view all products easily and very often they have my preferred brand in stock. Super recommended.

I had one of the worst experiences at Vape Royale. I went in to purchase a Caliburn G2 vape and a juice. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and couldn’t test the vape in-store—a decision I deeply regret. As soon as I used it, I realized the vape was completely faulty. The juice was leaking through the pod and even coming into my mouth while vaping—clearly a serious defect. After work, I drove straight back to the store to get it replaced. While the staff were somewhat supportive, the manager, Sandeep, was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue with any professionalism or accountability, he told the staff not to help me and claimed that I should’ve tested the vape before leaving. That’s not just unhelpful—it’s unethical. Yes, I made the mistake of trusting the store and not testing the product, but any decent business would take responsibility for selling a clearly defective item. Sandeep showed no moral responsibility and no concern for customer care. Be very cautious with this store. Check your product thoroughly before leaving, because once you're out the door, they wash their hands of any accountability. In my experience, they care more about making the sale than ensuring the customer is treated fairly. Shameful service.
Very good and friendly staff, I always buy my vapes from Herman, he is very knowledgeable about vapes and shoutouts to him, he always give me the best flavour. The prices are reasonable Thanks

"I've been a returning customer at Vape Royale for a while now, but after my recent experience, I won't be coming back. I bought a vape pod that turned out to be faulty, and when I went to get it replaced, they refused to help me, even though I had my receipt and everything. I asked to speak with a manager, but they didn’t bother to assist me at all. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a vape shop. Very disappointing! Note to future buyers: If you buy something from this shop and it turns out to be faulty, forget about getting it replaced. Their customer service is terrible."
