I was craving something sweet (when am I not) and couldn't pass by their delicious looking display of cookies and brigadeiro without trying something! Unfortunately a lot of the brigadeiro flavours were sold out, but I tried a cookies and cream cookie instead. Kicking myself for not showing the inside of the cookie, but it was deliciously thick with white chunks inside. The center is filled with a condensed milk / caramel flavour and was a sweet addition to the cookie flavour. All the cookies seemed to have this center flavour from what I could tell. Overall I found the cookie absolutely delicious, if a tad expensive, but worth it to me!
Wanted to try Mary’s brigadeiro for so long and finding out it’s right across from my hotel for a conference and knew I had to stop by. These little balls of confection really hit the spot. They have so many different flavours but my fave has to be the original one. Perfect texture and nicely sweet too. Had it fresh so it was super soft. If you like it a little bit more firm, would recommend putting in the fridge for a bit. The other thing to try is the brigadeiro cookie. Mind blown! The soft creamy texture of a brigadeiro stuffed inside a cookie. Had the red velvet one and so good! Need to try the cookies and cream one next time. Service was great. Person helping was great. I came in the evening on a Saturday and notice her starting to pack items up as it was getting close to closing. But still helped me and all options were still available. Can’t say much for parking as it’s i. The core of downtown Toronto, but would definitely recommend giving them a try
This cute little shop is part of the chefs hall. Their cookies. O. M. G. I had the pleasure of trying their brigadeiro cookie and it was so good. I also tried the cookies and cream which was topped with a caramel and also to die for. Highly recommend!
Great gelato and cookies. Note: to get here enter via the entrance on 111 Richmond Street and there is a big food court inside where you will find this.
