I am so grateful to have found Eric the "Computer Whisperer" at Computation! Small location but mighty indeed! Called him Sunday, to look at my PC that woke up with a new weird startup noise. As i was to travel in 48hrs, i felt urgent to have it looked at and serviced before i left this country. He saw me right away, was thorough in his evaluation, quite knowledgeable but spoke plainly so i was able to follow his thoughts and diagnosis, and tried a number of options to fix the problem that of course decided to no longer present itself in his presence. He landed on a less disruptive solution that did not require a full windows re-install, and i was on my way. He also shared my computer's hardware looked in good operating order, which i thought could have been part of the issue due to my computer's age, and offered some good advise on applications i had installed and areas i could improve on computer operation. Overall great experience, great customer service, great computer expertise, would highly recommend for computer repairs and service needs!! Etobicoke local, was only a 15mins drive from me, and works 7days a week, which makes it even more convenient! Thank you again!! :)
I brought my computer and spoke with Siva and told him it was the fan. He confirmed that and said that whenever the part came in they would call me. I received a call Sunday at 2:45pm and brought my laptop. They replaced the fan and contacted me within the hour. I highly recommend this Computation LTD. Loved this company for the 5+ years I have been their customer. Most recently I purchased a refurbished Dell desktop with upgraded after-market components. The cost was less than half what was listed on the manufacturers website for a significantly slower machine. In addition, Ryan anticipated the monitor adapters I would need and included them for free. As long as they are in business I can't see myself buying a computer elsewhere.
I think they are good. They know what they are doing. I had a computer laptop here that was slow and I ended up buying a new one but after giving the old computer to them it works better than the new one now. Don't know what they did but it worked! I also took another friend whose computer screen was broken and she was very satisfied.
I bought a $1000 dollar lap top and cracked the screen in less then 3 months I contacted computation and gave me a fair price to replace the screen in 3 business day. I was honestly prepared to buy a new lap top but the quality of work was excellent and i feel i have a better screen than i had before again for you doubters i am not a bot
