Amazing customer service! Truly worth the trip all the way from Sudbury to get my laptop repaired here. I had a motherboard malfunction, and he fixed it within half a day when other places asked for several days. The price was very reasonable, and Mr.Jeff was extremely kind and professional. Highly recommend this shop!
OMG he literally saved my laptop from falling apart even further. I had originally messaged him about my Chromebook but because it was touchscreen he said he may not be able to fix it but to bring it in so he can have a better look. I waited a couple weeks before bringing it in today and within an hour he was done! I started to cry because I am not in a position to purchase a new laptop right now so I was extremely grateful for his services. The hinge piece isn't there because I forgot to bring it but he said it's not needed it's just a piece of cosmetics pretty much and that was the least of my worries clearly. 10/10
I spilt milk on my work laptop and came over to Jeff’s shop at 5PM to get it cleaned. He was incredibly understanding and was able to take the entire laptop apart and clean all of the residue off within the same day. I had my laptop back in working order by 6:30PM. Jeff is a lifesaver and worth every penny.
Went into clean my heat sink & replace thermal paste. Offered a very fair price and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Also, my laptop is a model where to access the heat sink and fans you need to disassemble around 80-90% of it, but Jeff still honoured the price and provided great service and communication throughout. He also diagnosed another small issue with my laptop during the cleaning and tried to assist me in fixing it, free of charge. Temperatures of my laptop have improved since then. Would recommend to anyone and will come back for any future issues.
I brought my Macbook Pro because my sister spilled soda a year ago and didn't repaired it until now that I need it for online classes. My trackpad isnt working, the fan is crazy loud, keyboard's super sticky, and it is also very slow. After reading the reviews I decided to bring it to Jeff to get it fixed and I am very thankful I did! He is very informative into what are the things that needed to be fixed and the costs. He went above and beyond when calling me before repairing, asking my what my budget is and because I don't have much budget as a student, he did his best to fix my laptop with very reasonable price. When he returned it, It was good as new! I do not write reviews but I am writing this on my repaired laptop because I am very satisfied customer. It's so rare to find someone like him- honest and cares about his customers. I recommend him to everyone! Thank you Jeff!
