Sent laptop in twice for a booting issue. Issue was sporadic so would only happen from time to time. Martin did not fix it the first time, charged me for the second "repair" and then when laptop acted up again, Martin said he would charge me again to look at it for a third time. Also tried to send it back to me with a different power adapter. Just unprofessional.
Worst service I’ve ever received, when I gave Martin my computer my screen was fully functional, but my computer would freeze from time to time. When I got my computer back after a month and a half, my computer screen no longer turned on, nothing was fixed and then I was charged $50 for a diagnostic fee. I had to beg for updates and when I did Martin was extremely rude, I was never given a straight answer on what was wrong with it (sometimes it was the video chip, sometimes it was the mother board), Martin essentially broke my computer, gave up and then returned a broken laptop to me. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
There is no store. Very frustrating came all the way here and was told to just leave my laptop. Why on earth would I do that with no consultation or anything.
Martin was knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I dropped my laptop off over the weekend and it was fixed and ready for pickup by Monday evening. I had spilled coffee on all over my Surface 3 and fixing it required water damage repair as well as a replacement battery. This could have easily cost me double somewhere else. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Martin!
Turned an old Toshiba laptop into an almost pnew one with a new hard drive and cleaning out years of dust. Plugged it in, and everything was as was--email, access to websites, data and Word files. So happy! Runs faster than ever. Fast, effective service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend him.
Gave my laptop for repair, because of an issue with Power Management Control. The guy ordered the replacement part and fixed it in a week. Its working fine now. PS: This address is just a drop off location and it felt shady. But they are genuine.
Waited outside on the street for 45 minutes before leaving. Sign on the door said "back in 15 min" and he just never came back. It was 5 pm and he closes at 6. There were a whole bunch of us waiting. We were calling the number on the sign and no one was answering. if you're going to close early, just say that, don't keep us waiting with a false sign.
