I went in to get the fans and thermal paste of a gaming laptop replaced, as the fans were not working. The owner fixed it in front of me efficiently and I've had no issues with the laptop since then.

I was absolutely devastated when my laptop quit on my while travelling in Toronto. I had numerous important documents that were backed up, but unable to access it. He understood my desperation to fix my computer with lots at stake and was able to fix it in few hours! I was incredibly grateful and was able to conduct my business the following day as per usual. Kia is one of the most intelligent tech people I've met! He was able to diagnose the issue on the phone right away when I said I got BSOD. Super quick turnaround - got it back within 48 hours and he ran me through step by step on what he did to fix it. Reasonably priced and he even added a fan and did cable mgmt for free! He went above and beyond!! If you have any tech issues, I would 10/10 recommend go seeing him! He knows his stuff and is also conveniently located by Rosedale. They stole my hard driver! Kept my computer for more than 1 month… please guys don’t go there, he’s computers are scam it’s already installed in all computer he fixes or new one!!!
Came in asking for a quote for my MacBook to replace the keyboard. Was quoted either $220 or I think $250, the latter price if the trackpad had to be replaced too. After the repair was done, found out cost was $220 (before tax). Nice to deal with someone honest
