I recently took my Gaming Acer Laptop that turned off and didn’t turn on again. I was really worried that I had done something wrong so i decided to take it to Computronic and see what the problem was, figures the Module of the motherboard was toasted! It took exactly a week to get it fixed! good as new. The pricing was a little more than I thought it would be but it was worth it!. Better then buying a brand new PC/Laptop. The Owner is super nice and cool to talk to, he explained what happened and what had to be done. thanks again, would recommend!
They were able to fix my MacBook pro! It took a bit of time because my laptop was pretty messed up (wouldn't turn on, wouldn't be powered) but the service was excellent they called me every step of the way when they needed to order a new part and to give me updates on what was going on. Apple had recommended I send my laptop down to California for double the price to be fixed and I'm happy I didn't and was able to shop around in my own neighborhood. Overall Jeff was very transparent and kind throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs to get their laptop fixed!
I had a broken charging port on my laptop about 2 months ago and had it repaired here. The repair was flawless and he also replaced my thermal paste. I would just like to say that the repair was expensive for a university student but the service is excellent in terms of quality and speed
Excellent computer help from Jeff at Computronic. Five stars. I was having a big issue with my video computer and after two days of testing we narrowed it down to a power supply. Fixed and running perfectly again. Just saved me at least $1000 in buying new graphics card and processors to fix the problem. very reasonable prices. He’s also available by phone for aftercare, very friendly customer service as well. Highly recommended from a traveler from USA in Toronto. Note Computronics high customer reviews . I dropped off my Dell laptop on Saturday after 2:00 PM. They called me at 3:30 to pick it up at 4:00 before closing, with a changed touch screen for a reasonable price. Well done!
