Excuse my initial lack of detail. I came in to buy apple earbuds and the person working straight up lied to me that they were the “same manufacturer, just different packaging.” It was immediately clear when I opened them up that they weren’t what I had asked for (in fact, they connect by Bluetooth despite being wired, and my phone identifies them as Beats headphones). So ya, you can have my $15, but I’d suggest not lying to customers going forward.
Sam at Doctor Mac Toronto is the best! There was something wrong with one of my keys on my MBP. Took it to Sam. He poked around the key for 5 minutes, cleaned whatever it was underneath the key and fixed it without charging me anything!
Great service. Good pricing. I had liquid damage and he was able to fix in short period of time. Really recommend to anyone with any technical difficulties- also explains everything very clearly so you understand what the problem is!
Very good service repairing our MacBook. Apple was not able to fix it after working with these guys they got it working with the best knowledge and advice to guide us through the repair
These guys don’t run diagnostics before they repair your Mac, n I also wasted hundreds of dollars on replacing a trashy logic board which only last for half a year. Avoid!
