Amazing printing shop, I’m a student at GBC for graphic design and I often come here to print out materials needed for my projects. I recently came in to print a poster of mine that was due that day and the customer service was amazing. This guy goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Not only did he make sure the posters colours came out vibrant, he also made sure to create a make shift poster carrier so my poster would not get crinkled. It was a 11x17 so it would have been easy to become damaged but because of this guys amazing customer service and attention to detail I avoided that. I will definitely be coming back soon!!!
I took my MacBook to another shop they quoted me $795 , A friend of mine told me about this place . The replaced it within 3 days for almost half of the price . Amazing customer service, everything is digital from receipt to the communication . Im so glad that I found this hidden gem, This is my repair shop from now and on .
Updating my review from over a year ago and again waited at least 6 months to write this one. Brought in the MacBook Pro that I bought about a year and a half ago from here as it was having battery issues and couldn’t hold a charge. He had it fixed by the next day and still good as new! Super well priced and knowledge staff :) Old review: Waited at least 6 months to write this. I brought my MacBook Air in for repair because I had spilled soda on it. When he opened it up, it was obvious nothing quick could be done to fix it and it was going to be pricey. He set me up with a refurbished MacBook Pro all in with tax for $500 or so. Best $500 I’ve spent. Works perfectly and was able to walk out with a “new” laptop without interrupting my daily life. Would recommend 100%!
I recently bought a pre-owned Apple Wired keyboard from Mac Spot to replace one that was damaged. I hadn't realized Apple stopped making the wired keyboards, but thankfully I found Mac Spot. The keyboard is in excellent condition, reasonably priced, and works great! Highly recommend.
Long story short the diplay on my MID 2012 retina died and Mino was able to diagnose the problem and fix it for less than half the price apple quoted me at. He was very patient in troubleshooting to make sure it was just the screen and not a major issue with the logic board or graphics chip. I got the screen replace in less than an hour and i walked away a happy camper. Now I can use my macbook pro for a while longer without upgrading as apple suggested doing. Mino is a real Genius with macs and Apple products! Anyone looking to Fix or repair/upgrade a mac computer will be very happy with MAC SPOT! FIVE STARS!
