My hard drive failed on my desktop and needed to be replaced. PC Mechanix swapped in a new hard drive and it's working great again, and much faster than before.
Jacob was great. My laptop was crashing multiple times a day. Jacob offered me upgrade options for RAM and the SSD, then repaired my laptop and cloned the contents of my old hard drive onto the new one. I was without my laptop for less than a day, and the price was very reasonable.

They managed to repair what could be charitably be described as an ‘antique’ PC which I needed to get going again as it ran a bespoke piece of equipment at work. I didn’t think they’d manage it as it was 23 years old but they actually did! In good time and at a fair price too.

For someone who does not know computers, Michael made it easy for me to understand. My computer was really slow, but he fixed it and made more efficient. I definitely recommend getting your computer/devices repaired here, he really knows his stuff and service was amazing!
