Had an absolutely incredible experience with Faheem at Exton Cleaners. I felt a little embarrassed, I'd owned my jacket for 5 years and not once had it cleaned or serviced. Faheem helped me and was incredibly professional with the work. Pricing was incredibly fair and transparent. We kept in constant communication until the work was done. Jacket looks brand new; breathed a whole new life into it! I can whole heartedly recommend them for any dry cleaning and alteration work in the city.
My clothes looked like brand new. They fixed my jacket as well. Very happy with the customer service. Waiting time was also very short. Must visit for dry cleaning and stuff.

A seamstress is available for repairs and alterations, and they will pick up and deliver your clothing, if you wish. Truly a gem.
I was in downtown Toronto for an extended work visit, so I needed my shirts done during the trip. Exton has reasonable prices, and they txted me when my clothes were ready. Their hours are limited, since they’re in the financial district. With a little planning you can get nice clean shirts for a third of what my hotel wanted to charge me.

As a courtesy for the customer, if you're unable to clean something don't charge the customer. If there's a chance you might not be able to clean something then you should make it clear for the customer that they will still be charged so that they can weigh it in their heads whether it's worth the risk. Very unprofessional.
