I have been using Hildas for dry clean and alternation for years. The owner always attend to details and all my garments were cleaned and packed neatly. It is reasonably priced with timely service. The Korean seamstress did a great job on all alternations especially she turned my evening gowns bought from outlet into an elegant cocktail attire. Hildas worths highly recommended!
Might be friendly when it's all good and well, but when there are issues, the shop lacks the level of accountability you'd expect by attempting to deflect responsibility to other parties. Customers are left with little recourse other than leaving a negative review here. It's in situations of disappointing results that the true character of the shop really comes through. I hope the team there can take negative reviews as an opportunity to improve, and I wish no customer would have to have a negative experience from using the service.
I would give negative if I can. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dry cleaner and would strongly advise others to stay away. I brought in a jacket and clearly pointed out an existing stain on the white fabric near the zipper. When I picked it up the first time, the original stain was still there, and worse, there was new color transfer—blue and yellow dye had bled onto the white fabric. The jacket was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. They told me they would send it out to be cleaned again. When I received it the second time, the original stain was finally gone, but there was still visible pinkish discoloration on the white fabric, indicating ongoing color migration. When I raised this issue, the owner showed no apology or concern. Instead, she claimed this “couldn’t be avoided” because factories use chemicals and that color migration is something customers should expect from dry cleaning. That explanation is unacceptable—customers do not expect their clothes to come back discolored, especially when the issue was clearly identified in advance. Throughout the interaction, the owner was dismissive and unprofessional, offering no solution, accountability, or basic courtesy. When I said I would never come back, her response was simply, “Yes, please.” If you care about your clothing or expect professional service, do not come here. This place takes no responsibility for damage and seems unconcerned with customer satisfaction.
My experience with Hilda’s Dry Cleaner was very positive. I had old table linens dry cleaned and the owner went above and beyond to fold and package them in a box. I highly recommend them
I’ve gotten pants, dresses, and suits tailored and dry cleaned here and they always do a great job! They’re very friendly and gave me good advice on hemming length when I wasn’t sure what to do.
Brought my jeans here for hemming and came out great. As I was trying on the jeans for measurement, she also gave me washing advice due to different fabrics of the jeans. Was ready for pick up at the stated time.
I brought my dresses twice to this celanser and every time I received my dresses with stains. They not only could remove the current stains but also after receiving the cloths, I found new stains on my dresses. Extremely unsatisfied with the tyep of serives they gove to their customers.
