A local favorite. Heather and her team are so wonderful, and on top of doing great, prompt dry cleaning services, the tailoring has never been anything but spot on. She has done everything from simple alterations to complicated fixes on many different styles and fabrics and I’ve always been pleased with her work. Reasonable prices are the icing on the cake.
I went to see if the could do some alterations for me and they said they were too busy to help me. I doubt I'll go back. They seemed nice but not helpful. That's it. Not good not bad.
They went so far above and beyond to help me out here. My 3 year old’s favourite shirt, along with some other things, needed to get repaired. The ladies immediately fixed the shirt on the spot, and wouldn’t let me pay for the shirt. The whole experience of going here was one of the best experiences I’ve had going into a store in a long time.
I gave a sweater and my winter coat for dry cleaning at the end of May and unfortunately didn’t wear and check them until now in December. My 2 yo winter coat has lost its shape and puffiness and my light colored sweater has a stain right on the chest. I wish i checked them when i got them back, now I’ve lost a sweater and my winter coat. I would never trust them with my clothing again.
Heather and Lisa are amazing. So friendly, funny and provide amazing service. Heather works so hard but consistently does an excellent job for alterations. Prices are also super reasonable. Would highly recommend.
I had a great pair of jeans with absurdly short front pockets. Heather extended them perfectly and did a beautiful job. The fact that she's one of the nicest people I've ever met was a bonus.
Heather was very helpful and took the time to explain to me why my pants kept tearing in the same places and how I can remedy the situation. She was also very thoughtful with my alteration wants and made my vision happen. Thank you!
