HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Brought in my Canada Goose vest and it was so dirty. I did not think it would be possible to clean. He did an incredible job. It looks brand new. My wife and I will be bringing all our other stuff here. Please use him!

I used this dry cleaning company for over 7 years and always had the best experience with them on cleaning my clothes!! Owner was polite and great to chat with and the pricing was reasonable!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!!

The cleaning was of POOR QUALITY and the customer service was even WORSE. My wedding dress was damaged during cleaning at First Class Dry Cleaners. I requested a full refund of the cleaning fee. Medhi Roghani, the manager/owner, refused to do so. When I requested compensation for the damage to the dress, he totally dismissed me. On April 10, I brought my Kleinfeld wedding dress to be cleaned. It was in excellent condition except small twigs stuck at the crinoline of the dress. I paid $220.40 for cleaning ($189.60 from Groupon and $30.80 of tax at the store). This price included not only “detailed cleaning”, but also professional pressing and steaming “to perfection”, careful packing and inspections. Medhi told me that the dress will be ready in 4 weeks. On May 15 (after 5 weeks), the dress was ready. On May 18, I picked up the dress. When I opened the bag at home, I was shocked to see my dress as it looked nothing like before. I drove back to his store right away. I was really upset but to make things worse, Medhi handled this situation very poorly by putting blames on me, raising his voice, pointing fingers at me, rolling his eyes, and either giving me excuses or dismissing me. Cleaning: I pointed out some hairs and twigs still stuck in my dress. Medhi rolled his eyes and claimed that these things could not be cleaned because they were stuck in the dress. Yet, he removed one of the twigs very easily on the spot. This is NOT "detailed cleaning". Pressing and steaming: The entire dress was wrinkled and crinkled. Some layers were just squeezed underneath, wrinkled, and rolled up. There were lines and creases. If this is what he describes as “steaming and pressing to perfection”, SHAME ON HIM. Packaging: it was in a small vinyl bag. Medhi insisted that this small bag was what caused the wrinkles and crinkles. He blamed that my dress was too puffy. ANOTHER EXCUSE. Other issues: (1) the top part of the dress, which was made out of beautiful Italian silk, was crinkled and wrinkled. It had lines and creases. The silk felt stiff. It looked like it has been damaged by heat. He dismissed me completely saying that it is the texture of silk. NOT TRUE; (2) He removed the top layer of the wedding dress without giving me any notice; and (3) the edges of the dress were frayed and curled. He NEVER accepted any responsibility but instead, accused me of being meticulous. There was no sincere apology or remorse from him. He said only thing he can do is to repress the dress and attach the top layer back. Since it was already damaged, I decided to give him another chance to fix the problems. He said it will take 2 weeks. Two weeks passed. I heard NOTHING. I followed up with him after 2nd and 3rd week. I was extremely frustrated as it was almost 9 weeks since I first dropped off the dress and had no idea when it will be ready. On June 12th, he finally responded as follows: “You have to understand that you can’t count the weeks since the first time you dropped it! Because it was waiting sometime until you pick it up. But since you left I here for repressing it is not 1 month yet.” HOW DARE HE?! First off, he said 2 weeks to fix the dress. Secondly, it was almost 9 weeks without counting the days that the dress was there to be picked up. More importantly, the dress was still NOT ready. What he should have done was to apologize for the delay and advise me when it will be ready. On June 18 (after 10 weeks!), the dress was FINALLY ready and it was STILL DAMAGED. The top part was NOT attached properly. His response was that he could not open the pictures I sent him. ANOTHER EXCUSE. The silk was still wrinkled. He quickly dismissed me again. He even said that he is regretting that he repressed the dress again. HELLO?! I paid for this service! After all this, HE STILL REFUSED TO REFUND ME EVEN THE CLEANING FEE, LET ALONE THE DAMAGE TO THE DRESS. I cannot express how upset I am with the condition of my wedding dress, which has tremendous sentimental value. Please save yourself for the extra stress and go somewhere else.
