I have been going to New Park for a few years and they have never disappointed. They have done a great job with cleaning suits, dresses, shirts and jackets. I have also brought some items in for repairs and have always been very happy with their prices and the results. I noticed recently that they have a green certification, which also makes me very confident with their service. I have recommended them to various friends and family members, who have also been happy with the results and some now travel from across town because New Park is so good!

You can tell they have pride in their work because they were mortified when I “folded” my garments (including a wedding dress) in half and walked out the door, lol. They are busy for good reason. Very happy with the results!

As a returning customer, I expected a certain level of service and fair pricing, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When I dropped off my three dresses for dry cleaning, I asked about the cost, but instead of providing me with a clear answer, the person simply wrote the price down on a receipt. Assuming it was a reasonable rate, I didn't think twice about it. Regrettably, I forgot to pick up my dresses on the scheduled day but managed to arrive before closing time. It was then that I noticed I had been charged an exorbitant $81 for the cleaning. Feeling surprised and taken aback, I inquired about the reason for the high cost, particularly if there was an extra charge for next-day pick-up. The employee's response was dismissive, stating that he didn't have time to explain and that I should have asked. However, I distinctly remember asking about the price when I dropped off the dresses. A back-and-forth discussion ensued, which only escalated the situation further. The person became visibly upset and eventually demanded that I pay $75 and never return. This kind of treatment left me shocked and deeply disappointed. I firmly believe that loyal customers should be treated with respect and appreciation, especially when it comes to addressing concerns and clarifying pricing. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to be transparent about any extra charges or fees upfront. This allows customers to make an informed decision and avoid any surprises when it comes time to pay. It is disappointing that New Park Dry Cleaners did not communicate the additional costs to me during the drop-off process. Even as I left the premises, I took a moment to express my apology for the situation, but I made it clear that I would not be returning. It's disheartening to see a business disregard its loyal customers in such a manner. Overall, my experience at New Park Dry Cleaners was far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency regarding pricing, the dismissive attitude, and the disrespectful treatment I received have left me with no desire to ever patronize this establishment again. I hope that the store considers this feedback and works towards improving its customer service and communication. In the future, I will be seeking a dry cleaner that values its customers and provides fair pricing, ensuring a more positive experience.
