I had an amazing experience with their customer service. I needed last-minute alterations on a custom-made skirt for a wedding on September 11th. I went in on the 10th after trying two other shops that couldn’t help me. They assured me it was possible, and when I came back on the morning of the 11th, the alterations were done flawlessly. They truly saved the day, and I’ll definitely be returning! ?
I had a great experience at Spotless. The shop was really busy, but Linda was very kind and accomodating, taking on my last minute suit alteration. Though rushed, the tapering was done perfectly. I will definitely be back in the future.
While on holiday, I needed a top dry cleaned within a few days for an event. Linda was lovely and called me back for the top on the day she promised. She was also very kind and lovely to us as tourists. Our top choice for when we're back in the area!
Destroyed new cotton dress. It was bright pink when I gave it - I got it back worn out as if I had it for years. Color gone. I don’t even mention the smell of moisture. Had to clean it and iron it myself again. They NEVER check what they give you back. Very disappointed.
I left a white shirt at this dry cleaner last Monday. When I dropped it off, Linda, the staff member assisting me, struggled to spell my name correctly even though I spelled it out for her multiple times. I dismissed it, thinking it was just a hectic morning. I specifically asked Linda if I could pick up the shirt on Saturday, and she assured me that it wasn’t an issue. Saturday evening was our wedding, and we needed the shirt for that occasion. I went to the shop at 2 PM on Saturday to pick it up, only to find Linda was not working. Another staff member attempted to locate the shirt but failed. She even called Linda, who seemed to have no idea where the shirt was. The dry cleaner did not follow up with us at all before our wedding, and we had no choice but buying a new shirt last-minute at the mall. We didn’t have time to iron it, so we had to wear it straight out of the package for our ceremony. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We planned everything in advance to avoid such issues, but this dry cleaner’s unprofessionalism completely disrupted our special day. It wasn’t a complicated request, and we were clear about the urgency. If they couldn’t meet the deadline, they should have informed us in advance—even a day earlier would have been enough. The lack of basic customer service and responsibility is shocking. There was no communication, and no compensation offered. I will never use this place again and will warn others against it.
