I had the worst experience ever at this dry cleaner. I brought in a pair of jeans to be serviced with a patch over a small rip. I was told what day to pick them up and was provided a receipt with total due upon pick up. When I picked up my jeans, I paid for the service and went home. When I got home I found that the patch added was very small and not sustainable. In fact the same rip appeared again as soon as I put the jeans on. So I went back the next day and asked if they can fix it again with a better patch since it wasn’t even a full 24 hours. The man tried to charge me full price again for the service. When I showed him the receipt and that I just came yesterday and paid. He told me I’m lying and that I brought a different pair of jeans. I had proof that it was the same jeans and then he said I never came the day before. So I then showed him proof on my transactions as I paid by card. This man proceeded to be defensive and refused to be accountable and service my jeans. I said to him if he doesn’t believe I was there the day before, to check the cameras. He refused. After arguing back and forth and me telling him the patch not being strong enough, he then said it was not his wife’s work and then said the patch ripping was my fault. So now he’s insulting me. I insisted that my pants be fixed since I already paid for the service and I refuse to pay again. He insisted I pay again. After going back and forth he finally agreed to service my jeans and told me what day to come pick them up. I just picked them up and when I was in the store I was given so much attitude. Once he passed me the jeans I said thank you and the man walked away from me with no response. He appeared upset. Very unprofessional and overall poor quality of work and overpriced. I will not be returning to this dry cleaner.
I asked for my dress to be shortened and sleeves shortened for a destination wedding I’m attending this summer. Love it! They did such a good job! Before and after photos for reference.
It ridiculous. The ruin my puffer jacket.they cant do any thing just sorry and u pay expensive jacket that not fair. Please if u guys have expensive jacket DO NOT TAKE IT THERE PLEASE. THEY RUIN MY NEW PUFFER JACKET AND THEY SAW IT
The staff here are very lovely, I love their service! They do a great job cleaning and were able to do a same day request once when I had a fashion emergency lol
Terrible. Im pretty sure they do not even dry clean the clothes as any faint odour or stain that was initially there will still be there. They will ruin your Canada Goose jacket. Need a button fixed? Expect buttons to be missing upon pick up! Ridiculous and they charge more. Going to ttc it back to my place its worth the fare to actually have the job done.
