My attempts to buy 2 different pieces of furniture from this store have been stalled by dishonest employees, rude managment, and false prices. This truly is a lovely store and their stock would bring warmth to any space. Sadly, they keep firing their staff and clearly operate with poor communication. On 3 different occasions, when trying to make a payment and arrange delivery, the procces has been disrupted. It might be a blessing in disguise. Poor professionalism, and disrespectful management/ownership should not be rewarded with a sale. Hanging up on me twice, im shocked you have been in buisness as long as you have claimed. I hope you figure it out, and stay afloat.
Love this store, the old and new and something for everyone. It took us hrs as we were looking for unique items for our bedroom and kitchen renovations.
I really thought I'd never be this guy but this store has started dragging huge, huge faux grunge pop-art knock offs to the sidewalk. Fake Banksy's, statues that looked like if a giant Koons balloon dogs was left in scrapyard for a decade, a terrible mouse... I can't believe I live across the street and have to look at these monstrosities all day. Just put them inside!
Picked up a couch and dining table from Cornerstone Home Interiors and couldn’t be happier. The quality is next level — solid, beautifully made, and clearly built to last. Both pieces have a unique character that you just don’t find in most places. They’ve completely transformed the feel of my space. The service was just as impressive. Tara, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout — really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the process feel collaborative from start to finish. The delivery team kept that same standard: on time, careful, and just genuinely great to deal with. You can tell the whole crew operates with integrity and attention to detail. All around, a standout experience. Highly recommend.
Glad we stumbled upon Cornerstone! We were looking for unique furniture pieces that weren’t cookie cutter like the ones from big furniture stores. We found a unique antique coffee table that was so perfect for our space! The chairs were also a perfect added touch with a pop of color- perfect for our small space. Highly recommend Cornerstone.
Lot's of great items and interest. Customer service was great. Long time employees and manager there shows their commitment to the company and that they know their stuff and open to help customers out with pricing and other requests. Overall a positive impression throughout. Tara was especially helpful. I picked up a one-of-a-kind media table and will certainly refer this company to those looking for unique furniture for a very fair price.
A really disappointing experience. Went in this afternoon hoping to purchase a sectional. Apparently what I was looking for was a unique combination. Rather than helping the "interior designer" first suggested that what I was looking for probably didn't exist. Apparently Navy Blue velvet was only offered by selective manufacturers. He suggested I just buy my own fabric. Meanwhile the website says "ANY FABRIC, ANY FRAME... Create the look you'll love. You can custom order our upholstery by choosing from more than 500 fabrics and leathers." So I wanted to be optimistic and attempt finding a solution. It seemed my persistence was an annoyance to this person. His first suggestion was for me to just flip through the books and find what I wanted. But when I suggested maybe starting with what brands offered a velvet, he then suggested I could flip through all of the fabric. And when I found what I liked he could point me to the manufacturers book. He left me to "browse" and went to stand at the cash desk. The store was not busy. There was plenty of staff to customer ratio. And it didn't seem the staff was incredibly busy working on anything. I don't believe I was a nuisance or rude. So I don't really understand the reluctance to help. Maybe it would have been better if he had more confidence in his knowledge of their abundant fabric and frame combinations to at least help me narrow my search or flat out say we don't have it. Suggesting I search myself implies there might be a combination. But to let me go through the thousands of combinations on my own, to me is poor customer service and lead to my extreme disappointment. If it's too much to expect the store staff to know the product info then perhaps the website needs to be far more informative.
