Great selection with really good quality, we went here to buy our new couch and Jennifer Hodge was extremely helpful providing with information about the peace we were interested in and informing us many options we could choose from. She was very patient with us and helped us buy our furniture online without needing to go to store again. I definitely recommend connecting with Jennifer if you’re looking for any furniture.
We purchased a five-piece sectional sofa from Mobilia (Castlefield) in early September 2025, but only four pieces were ever delivered. Repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails to Mobilia's customer service line and distribution centre have gone unanswered. You can judge the customer service of a retailer by how you're treated when things don't go according to plan. I've found Mobilia to be disorganized and disrespectful. While you may be fine if your order shows up in good shape, if you run into any issues, you're probably looking at a long, frustrating headache to try to get it resolved. UPDATE: The missing section was delivered in November 2025. The assistant manager contacted us to apologize for the delay and miscommunication and offered to refund the delivery fee. Though we were frustrated with the overall experience, we were satisfied with the final outcome and glad that Mobilia acknowledged the issues we encountered and offered some compensation.
Had a great experience with Mobilia while looking to furnish my new apartment. Rama Kaati was very helpful and made the process easy. I love each piece of furniture I selected (dining table, chairs, couch, coffee table) and they look great in the new space! 5 stars and I would definitely buy more from Mobilia in the future :)
