No one even came up to greet us. My husband and I were genuinely interested in purchasing a dining table, but it felt like no one wanted to help. Maybe we were a little underdressed for the place and they didn’t take us seriously—I’m not sure. Either way, it’s unfortunate. You’d expect better customer service from a place charging those kinds of prices. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
This was our second visit to the store. First time we purchased beds, this time we purchased counter stools and occasional chairs. Great store with tons of beautiful furniture. Sharon has helped us both times and she’s been great! We’ll be back soon for a bunch of other items.
I had a very smooth experience when I was buying my home furniture, especially thanks to Hina. She provided lots of help and was very understanding when I wanted to exchange my purchase even though they were costume made. I haven’t received my purchases yet but my shopping experience was wonderful.
