Beautiful holiday decorations! Kendall and Kevin were amazingly helpful and professional. The store displays were imaginative and highlighted the inventory. I highly recommend this shop!
An absolute staple and icon for Christmas! I've shamelessly returned to shop four times over, even though I've completed my list by the first! It's the atmosphere, the ornaments, the gifts, the aroma and the genuine service; all testaments and draws to Kendall & Co! On my last visit, I incidentally learned all the associates' names, as their personality, their products, and overall quality deserve without a doubt, to be Santa Claus' Secret Cabbagetown connection to the North Pole. Thank you Kendall & Co., I will be back!!

I've been beautifying my home with purchases and services from Kendall for over a decade, since I was a student. Kevin, Kendall, and the gang have always provided excellent service, keen attention to detail, and inspiring vision. I'd check out their annual Christmas display and collection, which is unmatched in the city.
A neighbourhood gem! The whole team at Kendall & Co is friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve shopped a lot here over years— from big purchases like our couch and curtains to smaller things like Christmas ornaments and gifts— and the selection and quality are always top notch.
The best contractor I’ve worked with! Kevin and his team are derailed from the start including sound design consultation to preparation, install and cleanup. Highly recommended and I would work with again.
Honestly, I have lived in this neighbourhood longer than this store has been in business. I know everyone in the neighbourhood. This store is incredible, yes, it’s very over priced but they do have one of the kind unique items ..but it seems like MORE then a couple of times that I have walked into this store as a very casual BUSINESS OWNER in the neighbourhood myself… I get no love..Many people in the neighbourhood over the years have expressed these same feelings!! We have all talked about it. You walk in.. your ignored.. you get looked down on, no one says hello or ask if you need help. As a business owner, I would never tolerate this treatment from MY SALES team EVER! We treat everyone with kindness and respect.The Customer Service here is horrendous if they don’t know you and or if you’re not regular customer..then you’re a nobody.I know this feeling I’ve felt it here years ago and never forgot and nothing has changed. Very sad. I don’t appreciate it especially from the gay guy with a short hair that works there. He’s been mentioned several times throughout the years in conversations .He just blatantly just ignores people. He’s been talked about a lot!! But as I wander around the store I feel so uncomfortable.. it’s so infuriating that a store in MY neighborhood can make soneone feel this way when we are your bread and butter! I have money to spend like your other customers. I may not look like your average customer IN YOUR MIND but I am a customer and I do have money to spend or not! Can’t we just look around? Don’t judge a book by its cover. I’m really annoyed and saddened with my experience in your store..I will let my feelings be known ..Get your act together and show Real Customer Service to everyone not just people or customers you pick and choose ! Unbelievable!
