Absolutely rude. My Mom went to purchase an item that was the last one in the showcase. She called ahead of time to see what the final price would be since it was a floor display and wouldn't be wrapped. The man talked to her rudely, ordering her to pay up immediately or he wouldn't wrap it for her. Upon my arrival to pick the item up, he was ordering us to hurry up cause he has other customers in the store. I've never seen such a stuck up person. I guess he believes people of color can't afford his products (even asked what type of car will come to pick up the item. Like seriously? Guess my 2020 car ain't worth it huh) Funny how those "in his store" didn't buy anything, but we spent $250 cash. Will never buy from him again, and if it wasn't for the fact we needed the lamp, we would have ditched it cause there's no point of wasting money on a place that doesn't show respect to their customers.
I have to say that they have such a great collection and very helpful staff, I went there looking furniture for my office but now I'm thinking on re-decorate my house, everything there is so beautiful and at great price...
I bought two made to order tall chests from InStyle home which were recently delivered to our home. My experience purchasing these from InStyle Home was nothing but positive. Throughout the purchase process Al kept in touch with me regularly. We communicated mostly via and his response time was extremely efficient. On the day of delivery, he personally delivered the two chests to our home because his delivery people were tied up in Mississauga. The quality of the chests is excellent and they were purchased at a very fair price. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from InStyle Home. Thank you, Al!
Owner is more concerned about his parking spots (he took up one of the two customer parkings) than my wife looking at their lamps for our living room. Nice selection though..
