I received EXCELLENT service, care, and knowledge from the stellar staff/team at Must Societe downtown. The furniture, accessories, including linens are chic and beautiful! This store is stunning and its on-site parking makes it a pleasure to visit! I also received excellent delivery service. Truly a spectacular experience!!
I’m so happy with the quality of the furniture and how beautiful it looks in my space. Jesse was amazing to work with from day 1–he has a fantastic eye and was able to make suggestions that created a cohesive look. He also went above and beyond to find a discontinued item for me. I’ll definitely be back!
Extremely Disappointed with Service and Communication I purchased several pieces from Home Société — including a sofa, a bed, and a floor lamp — and made an **upfront payment of around $$,000**. While the sofa and bed were delivered, the **floor lamp has been pending for over three months** with **no meaningful communication or follow-up** from their team. Despite **multiple calls and messages**, I’ve received no proper response or timeline. For a store that positions itself as an **upmarket studio**, this level of service is completely unacceptable. What makes it worse is that I later ordered additional furniture from **Rove Concepts**, and those items **arrived earlier**, even though the order was placed **well after** my Home Société purchase. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy here is truly disappointing. I expected far better from a premium brand. They don’t even have a customer care email or contact number!
Recently purchased some new pieces at MUST, with the help of Asja. They were delivered to me about a week later completely seamless. Highly recommend the store, the process, and of course, the finished product. Very happy with my new furniture.
WORST AFTER SALE service ever! Delays for delivery, hard time for rescheduling the delivery! Endless back-and-forth and no accountability for this matter! They passed me off to a third-party delivery service, wasted my time with rescheduling, and when the order finally arrived (with unprofessional and rude staffs), after opening, it had a damaged edge. Now after some days of receiving my order, to make matters worse, no one answers the phone (I tried so many times and all the time was like, leave your message) and their website form to submit a complaint doesn’t even work. Absolutely unacceptable. My advice: stay away from this company!

That kind of attention to detail is just rare. The furniture collection is out of this world – truly one-of-a-kind pieces, many of which have fascinating stories and history behind their design. It’s not just about style (which they have in spades), it’s about meaning. If you’re looking for more than just a couch or a table – if you’re looking for something that feels right, that fits your life – Home Société is where you need to go. Can’t recommend it enough.
After care service is lacking. Told me that as a goodwill gesture they were waving the $149 delivery fee for hardware that was missing (a 2x2 bag of screws). Charging $149 to deliver for a bag of screws is ridicilous. Charging someone for a missing item that should have been included when the furniture was picked up is ridiculous. Pretending they're doing a gesture of good will is just poor service. I pointed this out to the sales lady and she seemed to think it was fair to charge $149 for a missing item and then call it goodwill to wave the charge. I was also supposed to receive a call back by end of day today regarding this and did not. Pic attached of the item with my hand for scale. This apparently costs $149 to deliver.
