Not only did Parliament Furniture furnish me - pun fully intended - with a sleek and solid, Canadian-made computer desk, but they delivered it free of charge exactly when they said they would and assembled it in under 10 minutes. This kind of good, old-fashioned customer service is gobsmacking. Thanks, in particular, to Barry and Bruce, an impeccable delivery/assembly team and nice people to boot.
I needed a desk for my real estate office. I spotted one at Staples. I read the reviews. 2 different people said it took 5 hours to assemble - and they said they were handy! I found a very similar desk at Parliament Furniture. They delivered it to my office on Danforth at no charge. They assembled it. They took away the garbage. They called to make sure I was happy. They were 100% a 10/10!

What an OUTSTANDING shop with Incredible customer support. I bought a glass table with 4 chrome zigzag’d legs. They offered to set it up when they delivered, but I wasn’t ready and said I would do it myself. My brother and I tried to, but we couldn’t get the legs right. I called them, and they came the very next day. WOW!!!! Fantastic customer support and service. I can’t tell you how grateful I am and would highly recommend Parliament Furniture. I love the team at Parliament Furniture! Rob, Hilton, everyone here is amazing. They are the kindest almost thoughtful folks. We use Parliament Furniture at my work as a non-for profit organization to provide vulnerable women furniture when they move into their homes. I swear the staff themselves are trained social workers, they are so mindful to our clients. Their furniture is also modern and reasonably priced. They do delivery and build the furniture for you. What more can you ask for. :)
