Craig took the time, and patience, to explain, and demonstrate to us the vast number of options available to make the best choice for our home, as we are hoping to purchase ten dining chairs. He was extremely helpful; no pressure to purchase, and in fact was kind enough to tell us to take our time to make the decisions needed to complete our furniture selections. He also kindly followed up with emails sharing websites for us to explore. Top notch service. Great person, who has a friendly demeanour, yet a professional attitude. Thank you Craig for your time. 6 years after buying our DJ stools, we wanted to add another one to our collection for a slightly larger area in our new home. I live in a condo and getting furniture is sometimes a bit of a challenge, some things just feel too big when space is limited. That being said I was in desperate need of a bookshelf. I went to DR with some pictures of my space and the staff were so helpful! Small space? Not a problem for them, custom design is their thing! The staff had some great suggestions for what materials work well together etc. The final product is a beautiful walnut bookshelf that fits perfectly in my new reading sunroom. Top quality products, locally made, and a great staff!
We purchased a floor model sofa, and when we received it, it appears the floor model was never put together as the hooks to attach the chaise lounge and the sofa are mismatched. It feels intentionally misleading. We also experienced delays with shipping and lack of communication.
Be aware that their shipping times are much longer than the 8 weeks they say. It’s been nearly 12 weeks since we’ve placed our order and we have no updates on when it will be arriving. One red flag I ignored is that they make you sign a purchase agreement which states you agree to 0 refunds on your order , even if it’s due to delays in shipping. This makes me believe they are frequently delayed and were getting a lot of returns from people who didn’t receive their product in a timely manner. I will update this review when I receive my product but as of now I feel swindled and starting to regret the purchase. I was expecting better service for spending nearly $700 on floor poufs.
