We ordered 2 items. A sectional and 2 seater. We were told the items would arrive in 3 weeks and then were told it was delayed. It got delayed 2 and half months. Once the item arrived, we scheduled a date for delivery. On the day of delivery we were told the delivery people can’t make it and will come the next day. This was unacceptable since we arranged our schedule for a specific date. After some back and forth the item was delivered on the day of delivery. With all the hiccups.. the actual sofas are excellent. They came in good condition with all the necessary parts. So far so good. We are happy with the purchase. Your experience may vary but fortunately for me it ended up being good. Mansoor was a very approachable salesman and not too pushy for a sale.
The service is very bad, it does not comply with what is purchased, they do not give customers quality purchases, they do not answer for the state in which the furniture arrives in the shipment, that is, you pay the shipment and you also have to be the person responsible for that if it is damaged, because it does not answer for anything. HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY HERE.
I Bought leather sofa and took 5 years warranty. After 6 months leather started rip. When we tallked to them they said they can't exchange or repair. They are liar.
