This place is incredibly disappointing. The prices are still well above reasonable, especially considering many of the same items can be found elsewhere for less—or the same price in brand new condition. What’s even worse is the lack of transparency: many of the items being sold appear to be used. The family who owns the business seems to rotate their own furniture through the outlet—saggy couches, stained rugs, clearly lived-in items—and then resell them at a slight discount as if they’re just clearance items. Nowhere is it clearly disclosed that some of this furniture is pre-owned. It’s misleading at best, and unethical at worst. To top it off, the return policy is awful and the customer support is just as bad. Once you’ve made your purchase, don’t expect much help or flexibility if there’s an issue. Bottom line: beware. You’re better off spending your money somewhere with honest pricing, better policies, and actual customer care.

The inventory of the outlet in recent months has not been updated. The quality of the products is good. I had amazing customer service by their representative Zayaan. He has been very helpful and collaborative. Because of his effort I came back and made more purchases. Thanks Zayaan!
Pleasant experience while shopping today, good collection for coffee tables and chairs, extremely polite and courteous staff with nothing but customer focused attitude keep up with that. Will be back soon for more.

Got some quality items here in the past but lately nothing new for months. Most probably impacted by the overall supply chain challenges. As of late more stock and better deals.
Pleasant staff, selection is a hit or miss. Many of the pieces are the high end ones that even after a discount are still more expensive than similar items elsewhere.
