Im honestly unsure about my overall experience with this store. Maybe it was a one-off, but when we visited the showroom to inquire about Winsol pergola, the initial sales representative on the floor was disengaged and seemed uninterested in assisting us, lucky I didn’t get her name. She gave us the impression that we weren’t taken seriously as potential customers. As someone who works in Sales, every interaction is an opportunity. Even if a client isn’t ready to make a purchase, professionalism and genuine customer care should always come first. Otherwise, why sales. Fortunately, Alisa stepped in and provided detailed information. However, after placing an order for a patio umbrella with white glove delivery, the experience continues to feel disorganized. The delivery dates have been inconsistent, and despite payment, we still haven’t received our order. Right now, I’m not sure if I would shop at Jardin de Ville again. Hopefully the delivery goes smoothly, but so far my first impression has been pretty mixed.
Amazing products. Even better service. Worked with Alisa many times and she went above and beyond. The products were great too and they had many options for different budgets. Would never shop anywhere else.
Excellent quality furniture. Bought an outdoor couch and 2 chairs (Canadian made... love that) and a firetable. Couldn't have been happier with the experience - fast delivery, and great follow up for a missing part of the firetable. Though not cheap, Jardin uses an internal sleeve/case around the foam in their outdoor cushions; makes it very easy to remove and wash. 5 star in every way
