I visited their 507 College Street location. The staff were very friendly. I was immediately drawn to the Kinsey caramel leather sectional on display and some other items. Just moved to a new apartment, trying to furnish. Am pretty indecisive, too many choices on different websites. This was the third furniture shop I was visiting. A big shout-out to Yara. She was very supportive, spent a lot of time with me helping me to decide on the furniture for the living room and other rooms. I got free interior design ideas from her too! Her customer service was over and beyond. Excellent!! Exceptional!! My experience at that location was great. I will be going back to place my orders and definitely with Yara!!
The staff are very rude. You don't feel welcome. I was there to pay the rest of the order I was waiting for three months. She definitely didn't want to be there
Unhelpful staff and very rude Order that I had placed a month ago never received an update. Said it would come 4 months after the date I had ordered it. Phoned in and struggled to get information From someone who asked if I had just emailed in and not called somewhat rudely. Started laughing when I was stumbling over my words at times, and couldnt get a word in. I’m extremely dissatisfied and higher hopes for this company after hearing good things from a couple of friends
Don't trust the product reviews on the website, they're fake. They didn't publish my review on the Jax Sideboard. It's the worst piece of furniture I have ever bought, which includes garbage I've bought from Ikea during my University years. The product fell apart while being constructed. It's really cheap stuff.
I LOVE STRUCTUBE!!!! They have the best designs, which are super sleek and trendy! Definitely waaaay better than Ikea or anything else in my opinion! Also, Allan from the Scarborough West location is super friendly and is really knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend this place for great-looking, modern furniture!
Late April 2020 I purchased a planter online among other 'in stock' products which exceeded a $300 cart, and was promised free shipping at checkout. A week later I received a call from a guy named Van at Structube saying that the item is now not in stock, and I had three options: 1. Delay shipping of entire order by 2+ weeks, until everything is in stock (for free shipping) 2. Remove 1 item (planter) from cart and pay ~$100 shipping for 1st part of order, then $25 in shipping for planter once in stock 3. Cancel entire order and make a new cart with new items for a later delivery date This was a clear example of a customer having to pay for a company's store errors. I was really let down that Structube didn't own up to their mistake and just give free shipping. If it says its in stock and you get free shipping, don't trust it! They might call you in a week with 3 bad options like me!
Made an order for Pickup, a couple of days later got a rude email asking for more personal information, for "verification purposes", after replying several times to then get a crude email telling me that my order was cancelled. Just hope they don't intent on keeping my money.
