I am very satisfied with their furniture but not this store. we picked up our order, tried to put it to my car but the staff didnt help at all. he made me to come in their warehouse and bring it from there. I know I choose to pick up and need to unload by myself when i get home, but seriously a growm man doesnt give a hand doesnt make sense to me.
Horrible service... Firstly when my mom called in to inquire about a couch a staff at the store gave her the wrong business hours. We sorted it on our own and visited the store. Upon entry none of the three staff greeted us. We stood by the couch and no one bothered to move from the register where they were all having casual conversation. Mom and I were able to make our way around the whole store and browse unnecessarily. Another customer had come in at this point and they hadn't bothered to say anything to him either. I had to audibly make my displeasure of the lack of customer service known. They heard as they were discussing the staff Christmas party instead of helping anyone... One of the staff tried to save face by being friendly when my mom had to approach them since customer service obviously isn't a thing anymore. The manager was clearly upset that I called them out and gave an attitude, rushing us out of the store. Structube has great items but this location has no class... If you want actual service I recommend you go elsewhere.
I love my new table, and was impressed by the customer service, from start to finish (having dealt with about 5 different people throughout the whole process). They were extremely accommodating, and friendly. Just a tip that if you're picking up an online order, you do not need to go to the store within the mall. Go directly to the pickup warehouse in the north-east corner, behind Canadian Tire, you can park in the loading dock area, by the door labelled STRUCTUBE.
This Lawrence Square location was my first time at a Structube and my first impression was that this is "an IKEA alternative" that is better in quality but a little less in variety.
Do NOT buy anything from Structube. We bought the Carine Sofa in June and within weeks it was pilling. When we went to the store, the manager didn't even acknowledge us and told the sales rep to email the pictures in even though we had the pictures with us. Them the email response was to buy a fabric shaver. This couch looks ten times worse than the one I had for almost ten years. Save your money and shop somewhere else!
Worst customer service. The order we received had a manufacturing issue. Took over 4 weeks for struct tube to respond to me. Then they are asking me to disassemble the furniture so that they can come pick it up.
We recently placed an order through the Structube on Lawrence. The sales associate, Amanda, went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Her professionalism, knowledge of the project, and great personality made for a very easy and painless purchasing/ordering experience. She was quick to respond to any questions we had with our order and was always in touch with updates as to where our order was and when it would be delivered. She gave great advice on both the style of the pieces we chose and items that would compliment them well. A huge thank you to her for all her help with this. Shop with her, and you will be in great hands!!
