I purchased several items from Structube, including a bed, mattress, dining table, and a coffee table. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing, mainly due to their very weak warranty and return policies. The dining table, which was sold to me as solid natural wood, started developing deep and visible cracks after only about two months of normal use. When I contacted Structube, I was told that this is “normal for natural wood” and therefore not covered by any warranty. This essentially means the product is sold with no real protection or accountability for quality. The bigger issue, however, is the mattress. After about two years, it has completely lost its support and structure. Its performance is extremely poor and has caused me significant back pain, making it practically unusable. Despite this, Structube refuses to honor any warranty on the mattress or offer a solution. Overall, Structube’s warranty and exchange policies are extremely weak and, in practice, almost nonexistent. While the prices may look attractive at first, the quality and after-sales support do not match. The only positive part of my experience was Nicholas at the Yonge Street location. He is polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, and he made a real effort to assist me during my purchases. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others avoid buying from Structube.
This afternoon, I walked into Structube and noticed that the store was empty. The staff didn’t greet me and instead just stared at me the entire time, which felt very odd. I tried to call one of them over for assistance, but they completely ignored me. It was very unprofessional!
They refuse to accept refunds because they are a "boutique" Toronto location with no ability to store inventory. To top that off, an employee by the name Wilfred was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Shop elsewhere or expect the bare minimum.
Excelent price and designs for furniture, good quality and very trendy. The only thing is that they could improve their customer service, is not bad but is not very friendly.
I’ve had the worst experience in this location and I’m a regular shopper. I placed an order previously with Juliana. Well she should be fired! Her lack of professionalism is appalling and if she hates her job so much she should quit! It clearly shows that she does not want to be there nor provide any type of service. It seems the job is too much for her to handle. I had the absolute worst experience with her and management in this location should be replaced. Her attitude speaks for itself. Do not shop with this company they are literal garbage.
I was about to purchase from Structube today for the first time. My girlfriend introduced me to the brand this morning. Drove 55 minutes (return) to a location to look at the dining room chairs to ensure they would work before purchasing $800 + online. No where do they have disclaimers on their website nor in-store saying that the FREE shipping is only valid for delivery to certain areas/certain postal codes. They want to charge me $110 for shipping. Their customer service department says, "sorry for the inconvenience". Out of principle I will not purchase them. Definitely not a great first impression with the brand and unfortunately they've lost a brand new customer before the sale even happened.
3 months and counting for delivery of a sofa. 3 months would be more than enough to have the sofa made from scratch in the farthest country and have it delivered. At first they kept changing the date whenever I followed up, and now they don't even bother to give me a date.
