Cool store setup but the client experience is brutal. Store staff aren’t helpful and owner is very rude - told me I couldn’t afford it anyway. Wowwww. As you can tell from their review responses, it’s never their fault, never a sorry. Well worth the drive out of the city to other stores with the same designer brands.
I just moved into a new place and was feeling completely lost with style and sizing. I’ve stopped by a few furniture stores for help and advice, but the most friendly and helpful service I received was from Rachael here at Style Garage. She walked me through how to figure out what’s the right fit for my space and helped me explore different styles and fabrics that I really loved. I still need to go home and do some proper measuring, but I can’t wait to come back, chat more, and possibly purchase a piece I fell in love with!
I stopped into Style Garage the other day just to browse, and Rachel was so helpful! I wasn’t planning on buying anything yet, but she took the time to chat with me about my space and even suggested a few design ideas I hadn’t thought of that would go perfectly with my decor. She really knows her stuff and made the experience feel personal and inspiring. I’ll definitely be coming back to work with her when I have the means!
We purchased a custom Delano dining table a few years ago and absolutely love it. Liz worked with us to ensure the dimensions were correct, the choice of wood and finish met our needs, the bevel set just so, the corners rounded to the proper radius, and the choice of metal legs was proper. A few weeks ago, we had workmen in the house and they damaged one of the edges. Style Garage handled the refinishing and pickup/delivery. The table looks as good as new.
Great help from Liz to design the perfect custom sofa for our space. And wonderful help from her colleagues on its production and pickup. We look forward to our next purchase!
Everyone was very helpful but Liz was especially so when it came to leading us through a couch purchase, answering all of my questions. Despite being a floor model, the couch is in great condition and looks great a few months after bringing it home. Thankful for the reasonable and convenient delivery options too. Overall, very happy with the couch and will certainly visit Stylegarage in the future!
My partner and I were visiting from out of province and decided to stop in this store. I noticed a sofa in the window that had a maharam upholstery on it that I love so we went in to look around. There were two women working neither one of them said hello and when my partner asked if he could grab one of their business cards they continued on with their conversation and did not acknowledge him. In my nine years as a professional interior designer, I have never had a furniture vendor completely ignore guests in a store. I have been to the London showrooms of Arper, Frovi and a few others; all wanted to show us around and tell us the story of their company. This experience was disappointing.
