Purchased a bed frame for over $2,000 dollars and its terrible quality. Looks damaged and destroyed after very little use. Company refused to honour the warranty despite the bed being discontinued ( for obvious reasons). Have friends who had the same experience. Do not buy anything from here if you’re looking for quality.
I really hate doing this. I’m embarrassed that I fell for the branding of this ‘high end’ furniture store. But I did. I spent over $7000 on the Get Together couch. And within 2 months - the fabric started to pill and fray. It looks like an old, worn out couch. Sundays replied to my concerns with AI (ok fine) generated apologies for my disappointment and assured me the fabric was of high quality. And that it was not a defect of the product. They suggested I use a fabric shaver to remove the pilling. So I did that - and now the areas where there is the most pilling have turned colour. Making the couch look dirty. Unreal. I sent pics and had a polite back and forth with customer care - being told they can only offer me new couch covering at a 50% discount. No I'm not paying for the same covers - same fabric. I want to return this couch. They have. 30 day return policy which I’m beyond at the time of my request to return the couch. So really - technically they owe me nothing. But wow - even IKEA will prioritize customer satisfaction over a policy or nickels and dimes. I’m stuck with a couch that looks like I got it at a garage sale. So I guess the joke’s on me for paying that much for a couch and falling for the marketing.
We are so pleased with our experience with HDC Toronto. The round lacquer 43 inch table and base were in outstanding condition and beautifully made. The customer service both online and telephone has been exceptional. Thank you !!!

If I could give them zero I would after buying the third bed there Absolutely no empathy or willingness to deliver the bed in a timely matter and add insult to injury. They charged us for AMG’s inability to deliver it.

Answered all my questions, and unfortunately they don’t have my piece in the showroom to view but let me know a local retailer that purchased it and is using it in their store to check out.
