I attended an event at the Delta Hotel last week. I was asked by the waiter before dinner was served if I had any allergies, and I had told him that I was vegan so no animal products. I was served creamy mushroom soup, and when I politely asked if there was cream in the soup, the waiter said "yes. that's why its called creamy mushroom soup." I gave him back the soup and explained again, no animal products. I was served a piece of cauliflower for dinner and for dessert he tried giving me fruit and yogurt. I am extremely appalled by the lack of service and no vegan options. If you are vegan and/or looking to plan an event with vegan options, I highly recommend going somewhere else. Delta Hotel, I suggest adding vegan options to your menu. Toronto is now a hot spot for vegans and you are falling behind with the times.

One of the best hotels I've ever had to pleasure of staying in. Every little detail is taken care of and the service is second to none. The restaurant downstairs is absolutely fantastic for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Location is perfect for accessing the whole city and especially handy if you're going to see a hockey game while you're in town. Highly recommend and I look forward to returning.

I attended a wedding at the Delta hotel. The ceremony and reception we're both beautiful. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and professional. During the cocktail hour I also grabbed a drink at Char 4. It's pricey but an excellent selection of whiskey/rye/scotch. The staff clearly jnew what they were doing and we're very professional but not too friendly.

Great Hotel with an amazing view! Although I have visited many times Toronto, you will never fully appreciate the beauty of it until you stay in a corner room at the delta hotel! The hotel itself it's really nice, great service and the room is simply great. Loved the gigantic bed. I just loved soaking up in the tub watching a panoramic view of Toronto with the CN tower and the lake. Looking forward for my next stay!

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was very clean and well kept. There was nothing wrong with it at all. We had one of the corner rooms with the soaker tub wit a lake view. It was absolutely incredible. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. You cant beat the location of the hotel, and parking underground was convenient and fairly priced in comparison to other places. We will be back!
