Good hotel in a good location. Staff is very friendly. Not sure if anyone else experienced this in their room, but mine had a few outlets not working in the bathroom and the tv had a terrible lag. I also didn't like how I couldn't use the thicker curtains to close off any lights coming from outside. I only could close the lighter white curtains. Other than that I still enjoyed my stay and liked that they had a small convenient store in the lobby.

The room I was in sucked! I cant believe a multimillion dollar company cant even supply glasses! Just paper cups I had to go out and buy some glasses just for us to have a half decent drink! The pillows were horrible and uncomfortable and absolutely no view! I used 100,000 Hilton points which means my 2 night stay was costing me over 900.00. Thats ridiculous considering in Niagara Falls I get a luxury room for that price! And just because I did use my points they nailed me 250.00 smoking charge which I have never been charged before in Niagara Falls out of about 21 stays in a year and a half!! Theyll never see my business again!!

Facilities are clean and new. Nice hotel but nothing extraordinary. Great location within walking distance of Chinatown, Yonge Street and a ton of Toronto downtown shopping and dining establishments. Queen Street was also great for shopping and dining. The hotel doesnt have parking facilities but there are many off-street parking lots available close by. We would stay here if were ever in the area again.

Service surpassed any hotel Ive ever stayed during years of business and personal travel across North America. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. Rooms were super comfortable and fresh with hardwood flooring (vs carpets that retains smells). Excellent location to all entertainment and shopping in Toronto. Parking is economical at $42 which is better than private lots in the area. Dont even bother with doing a price match and it is valet as well.

Downtown Toronto just blocks from.Roger Centre. Hotel was nice and clean. Parking was different but the hotel handled it well. Valet!! So have cash. Hotel had air set in room, which was warm and you can only turn it down to 19.5C/. 67F hall stays very warm. Bed was good has adjustable air mattress, shower pressure was fantastic. Getting out of town was a bit confusing because cell connection was lagging due to tall buildings and watch for busy traffic coming in/out at peak office time. Busy busy city. Plenty to eat and see.
