Decent hotel. Good location. Decently clean. Hotel staff is nice. BUT EVEN IF YOU'RE A PLATINUM HIGHEST TIER REWARDS MEMBER WITH A 4PM LATE CHECKOUT PERK THEY WILL ENTER YOUR ROOM AT 10:45 AM (EVEN THOUGH NORMAL CHECKOUT IS 12PM!!!) TO WAKE YOU UP and pretend it was an accident so that you leave earlier than 4pm so they can get the room for someone else. It's a typical Marriott move so I'm not entirely holding it against this property. But, get it together you guys. It's a simple request that you guys advertise as a perk. Follow your own rules.

It's a nice hotel..went there to attend a CPA conference.. I parked underneath the hotel and it's not free.. parking is always a headache in downtown area.. the room in which conference was held was quite big and food served was good too.. the hotel staff was good too.. overall a good place, I would say

The staff was extremely pleasant (oh, Canada!) and helpful. Got some great recommendations for dinner, and my few requests were fulfilled promptly and exactly. Hotel lobby was clean and modern. Its very much a business hotel however: typical patrons will have to bust out the company card for breakfast. If you get a corporate rate, however, and get access to the concierge lounge? Wonderful breakfast and appetizers.

Stayed here for a night during TIFF and the stay included two passes into an exclusive afterparty, so that was a Highlight!! I did not have to interact with hotel staff nor other guest, the entire experience was quiet. The room was spacious & clean. I like that you can access the subway station directly from the hotel lobby. Or step right outside where you have transportation options and even things to choose from in walking distance.

Excellent hotel for business or pleasure.- staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I didn't have a single bad interaction with a staff member during my 4 night stay- room was spacious and clean with plenty of plugs everywhere for phone chargers, laptops, etc- the concierge lounge on the 6th floor was fantastic, if you can get access to it I highly recommend it. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the evening spread had a lot of decent food and desserts.- gym was big, bright, spacious, with a lot of equipmentCons:- I found they didn't label the food at the concierge lounge, which I can see being questionable for people with allergies. One day was chicken and the next was fish, and both were prepared in the exact same way.- the gym doesn't have any paper towels and cleaner in the gym, which is very standard so people can wipe down equipment after they're done. All in all a great experience.
